One year, four cities, four climate ambassadors – with one mission: to make climate action something people can enjoy.
With Invest in our Planet, Planet2050 is launching a nationwide impact campaign starting in October 2025. The star of the show: a Microlino as our brand ambassador, the stylish revival of the classic Isetta. Locally emission free, bold and agile. In the Planet2050 design, it brings our call for climate action into cities with charm.
Together with our media partner Business Punk, we spotlight the real stories of what our four mobile climate ambassadors experience with the emission free Microlino. This is where sustainable mobility, the joy of driving and our call for climate action come together.

We want to show that mobility and climate protection are not opposites but can be fun and genuinely enrich our lives.

“Microlino plus Planet2050 make Net Zero tangible. That is our mission,” Renate Christ continues. With “Invest in our Planet,” the start up quite literally brings the topic onto the streets. Because change begins where people can see it, experience it and share it.
The campaign is designed to run for 12 months to ensure genuine and lasting impact. It travels through four major cities Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Munich. Every three months, a new driver takes the wheel and becomes the climate ambassador for their city under the claim Invest in our Planet.
Each handover becomes a special storytelling moment, accompanied by video, interviews and social media posts. Business Punk provides the cross media stage spanning print, online and social media. It is the perfect media partner for Planet2050, because like us, the magazine stands for bold thinking and for bringing sustainable ideas to life and into the spotlight. You will find the content on the channels of Microlino, Business Punk and Planet2050.
The campaign kicked off on September 11 in the year 2025 with a symbolic handover at the Big Bang Festival in Berlin. Starting October 1, the Microlino will roll up to the doorstep of our climate ambassadors for the handover. From then on, the big journey of the climate ambassadors in the small emission free Microlino begins.
Hamburg October to December 2025

The Microlino is a perfect match for her mindset being emission free on the road while showing that electric mobility can be stylish and practical at the same time.
Berlin January to March 2026
Robin Binder is the founder and CEO of NAO, a Berlin based fintech startup that gives private investors digital access to private equity, venture capital, private debt and other alternative investments.
Climate topics matter deeply to him because he believes that only sustainable business models are fit for the future. As Planet2050’s climate ambassador, he wants to inspire people to actively shape sustainable change.
Cologne April to June 2026
Volker Werxhausen is the perfect climate ambassador because, as he puts it, he comes from a conservative yet influential professional field as a lawyer. In this environment, he demonstrates alternative forms of mobility and sparks curiosity in others.
He provides the proof of concept that individual mobility and climate protection are not mutually exclusive. On the contrary both can be enjoyable and enrich our lives.
His mission is to encourage people to move from hesitation to action and concepts like the Microlino are exactly what unlocks this positive energy.
Munich July to September 2026
Magdalena Oehl stands for smart solutions, bold design and a clear commitment to the future. As a founder and author, she turns conventional thinking on its head and makes the future tangible just like the Microlino, this small electric gamechanger.
Together with Planet2050, she shows that climate action can turn heads, win hearts and make an impact with style.
